A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Arthur has years of Front of House and Back of House experience in restaurants, hotels, contracted and self-operated institutional food service management.  His successful career brings a unique perspective, delivering consistent and verifiable food safety programs.  The ability to communicate within all levels of your organization and with regulatory agencies provides additional value to our programs.
